Helsingin Leijona Ltd is a property development company established in 2007. The company manages, rents and markets locations owned by the City of Helsinki in the Tori Quarter.
Helsingin Leijona Ltd is a subsidiary organisation of the City of Helsinki Group.
The company develops Tori Quarter in cooperation with the City of Helsinki Economic and Planning Centre, the Administration Centre, the Real Estate Department, the City Planning Department, the City Museum and the Construction Department. K2S Architects Ltd is behind the idea and the concept plan and Saraco D&M Ltd acts as a business consultant.
