By year 2013, altogether 15,000 square metres of business space for rent will become available in Tori Quarter. The sizes of the spaces vary between approx. 20m2 to 250m2.

The location and spaces of the Tori Quarter are ideal for small and medium-sized businesses, street shops, small offices, artisans, fashion boutiques as well as café and restaurant enterprises.

Various businesses are located mainly in the Western part of the district. The Eastern part will form a hub for cultural, design and professional services as well as other creative domains.
